Privacy
Policy

Effective 27 August 2026

This policy applies to the Shopping Journal mobile application and related services operated by CRIST CATERING LTD (the “Service Provider”). It explains how information is handled when you use the Application.

01 / INFORMATION & USE

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted only to facilitate network connectivity; this information is not retained or used for tracking.

02 / LOCATION

Precise location

The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your mobile device.

03 / THIRD PARTIES

Access by third parties

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such information is shared with third parties.

04 / OPT-OUT RIGHTS

Your choices

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by another means, you may request deletion of that information by emailing elliot2bradshaw@gmail.com.

05 / CHILDREN

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If information is voluntarily provided by other means by a person under the applicable age, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.

06 / SECURITY

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. Even so, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The Service Provider applies reasonable safeguards to the systems and any information it holds.

07 / DATA BREACH

Data breach notification

If a breach occurs involving information that you have voluntarily provided to the Service Provider outside normal Application use, the Service Provider will provide notification where required by applicable law.

08 / DATA RETENTION

How long data is kept

The Application does not retain personal information through normal use. Any information you voluntarily provide directly to the Service Provider will be retained only for as long as needed to respond to your request, meet a legitimate business or legal requirement, or resolve an issue. When it is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

09 / DATA DELETION

Requesting deletion

You may request deletion of personal information that you have voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider by contacting elliot2bradshaw@gmail.com. The Service Provider will process valid deletion requests subject to applicable legal obligations and any information that must be retained by law.

10 / CHANGES

Changes to this policy

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by publishing the revised policy with an updated effective date. Where required by law, consent will be requested before material changes take effect.

Previous versions may be requested from the Service Provider at elliot2bradshaw@gmail.com.

11 / CONSENT

Your consent

If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

12 / CONTACT
